Because of its popularity, the Toyota 10K is now the headline event for Marathon Saturday! The Toyota 10K will kick off a full Saturday of events leading up to the Flying Pig Marathon on Sunday. The Toyota 10K offers runners and walkers a scenic tour of downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, with dedicated water stops, mile markers, course monitors and, of course, the highly-coveted Flying Pig finisher's medal. The event starts on Pete Rose Way and finishes in Yeatman's Cove, sharing the finish line with the Marathon. Participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day to enter.
Registration and packet pick-up will be held Friday, April 30, 2010 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the P&G Health & Fitness Expo located at the Duke Energy Center, 525 Elm Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Registration and packet pick-up also available on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Reds Hall of Fame, Joe Nuxhall Way, beginning at 6:30 a.m.
The LORD’S GYM Pump N’ Run 10K Option (PNR10K).
IF YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PUMP N’ RUN YOU MUST REGISTER FOR BOTH THE FLYING PIG EVENT YOU WISH TO RUN AND REGISTER TO DO THE PUMP N' RUN AT THEIR WEBSITE www.pumpandrunrace.com.

An athlete will bench press a percentage of their body weight based upon age and gender, and will earn a 30-second reduction off their run-time for each bench press repetition. Participant will have the same running experience as their other 10K peers, but will now be able to compete for additional cross training awards!
